HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email us at contact@biocalme.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Our team replies within 1-2 business days with simple return instructions.

RETURNS

Both opened and unopened bottles are covered by the guarantee. Return shipping is free: once your request is approved, we email you a prepaid return label. Please send the bottles from your order using that label.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you subscribe, you can skip, pause or cancel at any time before your next renewal date by contacting us. Renewals already shipped are covered by the same 90-day guarantee.
