Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to the United States (all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses), Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Spain.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum, to all the countries above. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer unless collected at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

DELIVERY TIME

Standard US delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after your order ships. International shipments may take longer. These are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help resolve it quickly.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
