HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK

When you choose Subscribe & Save, your Biocalm order renews automatically at the frequency shown on the product page, with the subscription discount applied to every shipment. The frequency, shipping cost and price are always displayed before you confirm your order.

Your payment method is charged on each renewal date, and you receive a confirmation email for every charge.

NO COMMITMENT

There is no minimum term. You can pause, skip, change the frequency or cancel at any time, free of charge.

HOW TO CANCEL

- From your customer account on biocalme.com, in the Subscriptions section: cancellation takes a few clicks.

- By email at contact@biocalme.com, including your order number.

Cancellation applies to all future renewals. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
